Corporate events
By submitting a corporate quote request or confirming a booking with Gathering Games, your organization agrees to abide by these terms and to use all rented equipment in a safe, responsible manner. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation and an agreed-upon quote from Gathering Games.
Corporate event pricing is customized based on event size, game selection, location, rental duration, and any additional services requested. All pricing is confirmed in writing prior to the event. Gathering Games reserves the right to adjust a quote if event details change materially after issuance.
Gathering Games will deliver, professionally set up, and retrieve all rented equipment at the agreed-upon times. Access to the event venue must be arranged in advance. Any delays caused by the client that affect the delivery or pickup window may result in additional charges.
Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking. Extended use beyond the confirmed rental window must be pre-approved and may result in additional charges.
Cancellation terms for corporate bookings are established at the time of quoting and will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made with 7+ days notice are eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. We work with clients to reschedule when possible.
Gathering Games will work with you to reschedule in the event of severe weather or venue changes, subject to availability. Refunds for weather-related cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
The client organization is responsible for the care of all rented equipment during the event. Gathering Games will conduct an inspection at pickup. Any lost, stolen, or significantly damaged items will be invoiced to the client at replacement cost.
Gathering Games is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the use of rented equipment. The client is responsible for ensuring all participants use the games safely and as intended, and for complying with any applicable venue rules.
Gathering Games may photograph events for marketing and portfolio purposes. Please notify us in advance if you require a media or photography restriction for your event.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in Utah County, Utah.
