Corporate events are priced based on your specific needs — number of games, event duration, headcount, and location. We build a custom quote for every corporate client. There are no fixed packages; pricing is tailored to ensure you get exactly what your event requires.
Everything. We handle delivery, professional setup, and pickup at the end of your event. For larger corporate events, we can also provide on-site facilitation support to keep games running smoothly throughout.
For corporate events, we recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for larger groups or peak season (spring and fall). The sooner you submit a quote request, the more flexibility we have to build the perfect package.
Team-building days, company retreats, end-of-year parties, conference activities, client appreciation events, and more. If you're bringing people together, we can make it more engaging.
Both. Many of our games work beautifully in large indoor venues like conference centers and event halls, as well as outdoor spaces. Let us know your venue type in your quote request and we'll advise on the best game selection.
We primarily serve Utah County and Salt Lake County, including Provo, Salt Lake City, Lehi, American Fork, and surrounding cities. We also travel beyond 60 miles for corporate events — just mention your location in your quote request.

Cancellation terms for corporate bookings are outlined at the time of quoting and may vary based on event size and lead time. We work with you to find solutions if your event plans change.
